There was good consultation when things had to be done differently, cabling and panels were neatly installed. Too bad the seller thought 2 solar panels could be placed on the flat roof. It appears that only 1 can be used. Everything else was done in good consultation. No explanation given with overview, as stated in the manufacturer's brochure. Minus. And I would get an app to download like your installers told me. I only received a link to log in to a site with an awkward name where I also have to enter a password. On this site I cannot see that all panels are working or just 1. That is really not useful. Will I get another app to download?

Had solar panels installed by Atama for the 2nd time, the sale was pleasant, the installation was great! The technicians knew exactly what to do, even though the existing plan was not entirely correct! They even installed a lead sheet for me and of course they didn't break any roof tiles! Well organised! A small mistake caused me to lose power on the switch for the top floor. I called the technician and he even came back in the evening to solve it!

I sent this to Atama shortly after the installation (in 2019): The panels have been in place for a week now and we have already produced quite a bit of electricity. At sunny times the system supplies more than 7 KWatt, so that is nice. Already more than 180 KWh!!! A few things just for fun. Just read it with an Achterhoek / Twente accent... At first I thought: · Atama does not become too expensive….. But you submitted a decent quotation. Then I thought: · Atama doesn't take too long…. But you got started pretty quickly. When the men went onto the roof I thought: · Atama eats well….. But you had good safety checks and measures. While working I thought: · Atama don't break any pans….. But not a single pan was destroyed. Finally I thought: · Atama foal produces electricity… And it shows!!! So far very satisfied with your work. Keep it up!! Thank the men on our behalf. Congratulations also to Ali, who already speaks perfect Dutch!!

The solar panels were installed today. They were right on time. Contact was made before then. There was a check halfway through. But there is still a downside, regarding the many broken roof tiles. About 10 pieces, including a ridge tile, which must be specially made. In our opinion, this would not have been necessary to break so many pans. We had 5 in stock. The rest was collected from the neighbors. And now we wait until that special ridge tile is made. I think they can also saw off the corners with a small angle grinder or something like that. And don't knock it off. A plus. They will also put the roof tiles back on after they have been made by HCI in Elst. Other than that, they're on the roof, thankfully. P.S The service they provided to temporarily close the roof was top notch. Good service. That may be said.

Very bad! Absolutely nothing went well. Laying plan could not be executed. Connection to the meter cupboard was not possible according to the quote, alternative was a gutter outside via the outside wall, fortunately I still had an empty pipe, but unfortunately not anymore. Panels not connected properly, causing installers to run across the roof and cause a lot of damage. Twice this company simply does not show up during a recovery appointment. Your network will also be demolished during the installation. An incorrect charging station is installed for an electric car and the associated kWh meter is placed the wrong way around. The panel supports are then sprayed black, without a mold or anything underneath, as are the gray roof tiles. The roof has been left with damage several times, but you can't see it from below. I have been patient for a long time and offered the opportunity to solve it properly. However, someone is in the wrong place regarding aftercare. It's unbelievable that you dare to act like that given the circumstances.
